- Damaged items (must report within 48 hours of delivery)

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Opened sealed products (booster packs, ETBs, etc.)
- Singles in correct condition as described
- Items damaged due to buyer negligence
- Digital products or codes that have been redeemed
HOW TO RETURN
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization
4. Ship item back in original condition
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Our error (wrong item, damaged): We pay return shipping
- Buyer's preference (changed mind on sealed product): Buyer pays return shipping
- Condition dispute: Evaluated case-by-case
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Lost packages: Contact us after tracking shows 10 days without update.
We'll work with carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Contact us immediately with photos. We'll send the correct item at our expense and provide a prepaid return label.
